::教师简介::

    19621月生。博士,教授,博士生导师。现任山东农业大学生命科学学院院长,2004年入选国家新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人才,2007年入选教育部“长江学者创新团队”带头人,2008年入选山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家,《植物学报》、《农业生物技术学报》编委。1982年毕业于山东农业大学留校任教至今,先后获山东农业大学农学硕士和中国农业大学理学博士学位。19892月至6月赴丹麦哥本哈根研修种子技术,19921月至19961月赴美国加利福尼亚大学戴维斯分校植物生物学系留学,主要从事植物分子生物学方面的研究。2001年作为教育部选派的高级访问学者赴美国北卡罗莱纳大学合作研究, 主要进行了转基因表达调控的研究。近年来主持承担了国家“863”、国家“973”、国家转基因植物研究专项和国家自然科学基金等多项课题,在重要功能基因、特异启动子克隆与功能鉴定等方面均获得了许多拥有我国自主知识产权的研究成果,申请专利3项。在Neuclear Acids Research》、《Plant Physiology》、《New Phytologist《中国科学》等国内外著名学术刊物上发表论文70多篇。

::研究方向::

1.植物重要功能基因的克隆、鉴定与利用:以重要农作物小麦、玉米、棉花、烟草以及模式植物拟南芥为研究材料,克隆与作物发育、抗逆性等密切相关的功能基因,探讨这些基因的表达模式及其调控机制,研究其在作物遗传改良上的利用价值,获得拥有我国自己专利或知识产权的基因,为生物技术育种提供基因资源。

2.基因表达调控元件的鉴定与应用:人为控制外源基因在转基因作物的特定器官、特定时期表达,必须依靠组织专一型启动子、发育诱导型启动子和其它基因表到调控元件。本方向主要研究各类启动子的表达调控机制和应用,染色质重塑与基因表达,核基质结合序列MARmatrix attachment region)对转基因表达的调控机制与应用。
