个人简介

1996年在西南农业大学获得学士学位;1999年在华中农业大学获得硕士学位;19967月—20033月,西南农业大学教师;20033月至今,山东农业大学教师。20033月至今,山东农业大学教师, 2011年在山东农业大学获得博士学位。近年来参加了国家自然科学基金、国家转基因植物研究专项、山东省自然科学基金等多项课题。在《Plant and Soil》、Physiologia Plantarum》、《Scientia Horticulturae》、《Biologia Plantarum》、《Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology》、《中国农业科学》等国内外学术刊物发表论文20余篇。

教学工作

2003年至今,作为本科生《普通微生物学B》、《普通微生物学实验B》、《应用微生物》、《植物病毒》、《生物工程设备》、《微生物学实验技术》、《发酵工程实验》等课程的主讲教师。

研究方向

1.    发酵工程:主要包括蛋白酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、果胶酶等多种酶制剂的菌种选育与发酵工艺。

2.    经济微生物:蛋白质的定向进化;纤维素酶、褐藻胶裂解酶等酶基因的克隆表达、定向进化、发酵应用。

3.    黄瓜连作障碍与根际微生态:针对连作障碍这一生产问题,以黄瓜为实验材料,研究根际微生态,分析造成连作障碍的原因;配制微生物菌制剂,进行连作障碍的生物修复。
