个人简介
杨国栋,博士,教授,博士研究生导师,泰山学者团队学术骨干。 2012年6月获得山东农业大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。2013至2016年,美国加州大学河滨分校植物科学系访问学者。承担了本科生《生物化学A(双语)》、《生物化学实验》以及研究生《高级生化实验技术》等课程的教学工作。近年来,主要主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目、山东省良种工程、山东省自然科学基金面上项目。并参加了国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)、国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)等多项课题。获得了基因发明专利两项。相关科研成果发表在《Nature Communications》《Trends in Plant Science》、《Journal of Integrative Plant Science》、《Molecular Plant》、《Molecular Cell》等著名学术刊物。
教学工作
生物化学与分子生物学国家级教学团队骨干成员,生物化学国家级双语教学示范课程主讲教师。承担本科生《生物化学A(双语)》和《生物化学实验》,研究生《高级生化实验技术》等课程的教学工作。
研究方向
本课题组前期研究发现,ABA信号通路的核心组分SnRK2,其亚细胞定位,随ABA/胁迫处理时间的延长,由经典报道的细胞核定位,逐渐转移至过氧化物酶体膜。过氧化物酶体是细胞代谢的中心(特别是在胁迫条件下)。本课题组的研究方向聚焦过氧化物酶体定位的SnRK2,围绕其翻译后水平修饰、过氧化物酶体动态变化等,拟阐明由其介导植物长期适应高盐、干旱等非生物胁迫的分子机理,并应用于小麦抗逆育种。
