个人简介

黄金光,男,19825月生,山东青州人。20096月获山东农业大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。博士论文被评为山东省优秀博士论文。近年来主持承担了国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金等课题。在植物逆境抗性重要相关基因的克隆与功能分析、植物逆境信号转导、功能玉米创制等方面做了大量工作。在Plant PhysiologyNew PhytologistPlant Cell & EnvironmentJournal of Integrative Plant BiologyJournal of Experimental BotanyPLoS OneGENE等刊物发表SCI论文多篇。

教学工作

生物化学与分子生物学国家级教学团队成员,承担本科生《生物化学》、《基础生物化学实验》,研究生《高级生化与分子生物学研究技术》等课程。

研究方向

1.植物逆境抗性重要功能基因克隆与功能验证: 以玉米及拟南芥为研究对象,筛选鉴定与干旱、盐害、高温等逆境抗性密切相关的重要功能基因,并解析其作用机制,为通过遗传改良提高植物的逆境抗性提供基因资源与理论依据。

2.以玉米植株作为生物反应器,通过分子设计,在玉米中合成具有重要食用、医用价值的蛋白质及化合物。
