个人简介

张志明,男,19791月生,汉族,山东昌乐人,中共党员,博士,教授,博士生导师。2001年获山东农业大学学士学位,2006年获四川农业大学博士学位,20067月至20194月在四川农业大学工作,2011年至2014年赴美国冷泉港实验室(Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory)作访问学者。四川省有突出贡献的优秀专家(省优专家第2018110号),四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选(第2013345号)。

20195月作为高层次人才引进到山东农业大学生命科学学院,入选“1512工程”第二层次,2019年被聘为山东省“泰山学者青年专家”(编号:tsqn201909074),取得“山东省惠才卡”和“泰安市高层次人才证书”。作物生物学国家重点实验室PI2021年“全国高校黄大年式教师团队”骨干成员。山东农业大学生科院“玉米种质资源创新和应用研究”团队负责人,主要研究领域为玉米种质资源创制和功能基因挖掘和利用研究。主持山东省泰山学者青年专家人才计划项目1项,国家自然科学基金项目3项,省级科研项目10余项;主研选育玉米新品种4个;主研获得省科技进步奖一等奖2项、二等奖1项、中华神农科技奖三等奖1项;在《PNAS》《Plant Journal》《BMC Genomics》等国内外学术刊物发表科研论文共计80余篇,获得国家发明和实用新型专利20项。

教学工作

承担《基因工程》(双语)等课程的本科教学工作。

研究方向

1.玉米种质资源创制和相关基因的克隆、功能鉴定:主要围绕玉米叶部病害,结合自主免疫突变体和自然变异群体,挖掘和利用玉米抗病关键基因或位点。

2.玉米品质营养基因的鉴定和应用:主要围绕玉米品质营养,结合分子设计和聚合育种,鉴定和利用关键调控基因,培育优良种质。
