个人简介

桂松涛,博士,校聘教授,山东省“泰山学者”青年专家。2012年、2017年先后于山东师范大学和武汉大学获得学士和博士学位;2018年至2022年在华中农业大学从事博士后研究; 2023年入职山东农业大学生命科学学院。目前主要从事作物驯化改良和环境适应的遗传基础研究。近年来, Genome BiologyNature GeneticsNature Communications Plant Journal 等国际期刊发表科研论文18篇,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金等科研项目。


教学工作

承担《细胞工程综合实验》课程的教学任务。


研究方向

  1. 作物驯化和环境适应的遗传基础:通过比较泛基因组、群体多组学整合分析等策略,揭示作物在驯化和环境适应过程的演化特征,为从头培育具有环境广适性的作物新品种奠定理论基础。

  2. 作物株型形成的遗传调控机制: 以小麦为主要研究材料,结合群体基因组学、数量遗传学和分子生物学实验等策略,阐明作物株型形成的遗传调控网络,为作物株型的分子设计育种提供理论指导和遗传资源。
