个人简介

房莹，女，1987年5月生，中共党员，博士，讲师。2009年在山东农业大学农学系获得学士学位；2013年、2016年在中国科学院植物研究所分别获细胞生物学硕士和发育生物学博士学位。2016年9月入职在山东农业大学生命科学学院，主要从事植物光合膜蛋白的结构与功能研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目及国家博士后面上项目。在《Nature Communications》、《Nature Plants》、《PNAS》、《Scientific Reports》、《Journal of Biological Chemistry》等学术刊物上发表论文多篇。获山东省第十一届高校青年教师教学比赛“一等奖”，山东农业大学第十五届青年教师讲课技能比赛 “二等奖”；先后获得山东农业大学“优秀共产党员”、“学生心目中的优秀教师”等荣誉称号。

教学工作

承担本科生《植物学》、《结构生物学》、《植物学解剖实验》、《植物分类实验》等课程。

研究方向

植物光合膜蛋白的结构与功能研究。

科研项目

国家自然科学基金青年项目，ECD8蛋白调控叶绿体基因转录的分子机制，2021.01至2023.12，主持。

国家博士后面上项目，拟南芥ECD8影响叶绿体RNA聚合酶PEP转录活性的分子机理研究，2021.01至2023.12，主持。
