个人简介

张宪省、男、汉族,博士、教授、博士生导师,第十三届全国人大代表,国家973”项目首席科学家,入选国家百千万人才工程一二层次和山东省泰山学者攀登计划,享受国务院特殊津贴,全国优秀科技工作者。现任小麦育种国家重点实验室主任,Plant Cell Reports副主编、《植物学报》和《遗传》编委。

教育教学工作

承担本科生《生物学学科前沿专题讲座》、硕士研究生《植物发育分子生物学》以及博士研究生《生命科学研究进展》等。


研究方向

1.  植物发育的分子基础: 本研究方向主要研究植物开花时间、有性生殖、种子发育等植物发育的重要科学问题,尤其是研究植物细胞全能性和器官发育的分子机制。目的旨在解析上述发育过程的基因调控网络,阐明植物发育的细胞分子基础。

2.  植物生物技术: 本研究方向主要分离控制重要农艺性状的基因,改良小麦和玉米的重要农艺性状和品质性状,提高作物产量,改良作物品质。

科研研究工作

1.植物发育的分子基础:本方向主要研究植物干细胞和分生组织的形成和维持、器官发育和植物细胞全能性的分子机制。

2.植物生物技术:本方向主要研究将植物干细胞技术应用于植物生物技术育种和快繁。

科研简介:主要以植物发育为主线,重点研究植物干细胞和分生组织的形成和维持、器官发生和发育以及种子大小和品质的调控机制;离体条件下,植物干细胞多能性和全能性的表达及植株再生的机制;将植物干细胞技术应用于作物快繁和育种。近年来主持科技部国家重大科学研究计划项目、国家转基因生物新品种培育重大专项重大课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目和山东省自然科学基金重大基础研究项目等多项国家级和省级科研课题。先后在NatureCommunications、《PNAS》、《Plant Cell》、《Molecular Plant》等重要学术刊物发表高水平学术论文130余篇,多次应邀在重要国际国内学术会议上做大会报告。先后两次获山东省自然科学奖一等奖,授权国家发明专利九项,申报植物新品种保护权两项。培养博士和硕士研究生100余人。

科研荣誉:植物生殖器官的发育与激素调节,2012年,山东省自然科学一等奖;小麦品质性状基因的分离与淀粉品质性状的遗传改良,2005年,山东省自然科学二等奖;高等植物花发育的分子生物学研究,1997年,山东省科技进步二等奖。

教学荣誉:依托国家级实验教学示范中心,构建农科类“多维度”实验教学模式,山东省教研项目一等奖,2014年;“植物生物学”在全国高等农业院校优秀“信息化课程体系”评比中获得“优秀奖”,2014年;指导本科生、硕士生、博士生的学位毕业论文多篇获得山东省优秀学位论文奖。
