个人简介

周妍妍，博士，副教授。长期围绕植物-微生物组互作开展研究，解析根际微生物在花生根腐病发生与防治中的作用，挖掘根际核心微生物组以支持植物健康。入选首届中国科协青年人才托举工程博士生专项计划。以共一第一/第一作者身份发表论文3篇，其中Nature子刊2篇，中科院一区TOP 1篇。

研究方向

长期围绕植物-微生物组互作开展研究：

1、利用土壤微生物组学、植物转录组学和代谢组学等方法，从多角度解析微生物组在病害发生和防控中的作用，探究植物-微生物互作提高植物健康的调控机制。

2、基于根系-土壤微生物-病原菌的互作，对植物根际核心微生物组进行挖掘与功能分析，构建有益于病害防控的合成群落，为病害防控提供理论依托和生防资源。
